Bluesboy Jag (built by Bill Jagitsch in North Little Rock, Arkansas) makes hand-crafted cigar box guitars.  Reviewers and players praise them as sturdy, stage-worthy instruments with great blues tone, featuring quality red oak necks, reliable bolt/screw bridges, and internal pickups.

 

Over 4,500 units have sold since 2004. Hand-carved red oak that resists bowing and offers light, comfortable fretting.

Frets: Standard nickel-wire frets matching major brands like Gibson and Fender. Features an L-bracket tailpiece design letting players easily raise or lower string action.

Headstock: Contoured and lowered for improved intonation.

Sound and ElectronicsPickups: hidden single-coil or humbucker magnetic pickups to preserve original box artwork.

Tone: Raw, woody, and authentic Delta blues resonance, optimized via weighted box construction for better sustain.  1-string up to 4-string configurations, including E-tuned 4-string models that use standard guitar chord shapes.
